CB3 Tests, Tunes and Times #1
On a night when the name of the game is to attempt to dial in your car for the season opener, CB3 seemed to have the dial almost perfect, right out of the box. Chad pulled into Merrittville Speedway on saturday night, with two cars on hand, and as it turns out, he only needed one.
After leading the L. St. Amand 358 Modifieds in timed laps through two hot lap sessions, the crew decided not to change a single thing, and that led to setting fast time with a 16.327 second lap. Second to Chad, and looking for his 20th track championship at the Thorold, On oval was Pete Bicknell, followed by Rick Richner. This week is to be a big one for Chad and crew as they look to time well friday night at the Ransomville Speedway, then set focus saturday night on the Merrittville Speedway and an assult on the first 358 Modified Super Dirt Car Series Event that will see 100 circuits for a healthy $4000 payday to the winner.
Be loud and be proud, especially in victory lane. See you there!
