FROM ONE EXTREME TO THE OTHER

Its late June, another week of racing in the books for the Brachmann Racing team. This week saw CB3 put in a solid top 5 finish at Ransomville on a make up Wednesday night race, Mother nature took one to the bank at the same speedway Friday night, while damage got the best of them again Saturday at the Merrittville Speedway.
Wednesday night, CB3 drew the pole to start the 50 lap main event for the Mighty Taco Modifieds at Ransomville, with the outside lane on the speedway being the fastest, Chad found himself in the 3rd position in a hurry. He was quick to recover and get back to the outside of the speedway while the groove was still quick. Throughout the night, he would fend off many great talents and ensure he put in yet another top 5 finish in 2011, with a 4th place finish.
Friday night, mother nature had seen enough after a hot lap session for all divisions at Ransomville and while CB3 was looking to put another win in the books of 2011, it was just not meant to be.
Saturday at the Merrittville Speedway, Chad had a solid 2nd place qualifying run in his heat and looked to be real fast in the initial laps of the Modified feature, but after contact on lap 2 and some damage that left the team looking to change a right rear tire, it would turn out to be much more damage than anticipated and left the Sanborn NY driver parked for the night.
On to this week, where Chad and the team look to add a "Battle at the Border" title to their resume with the annual race July 1st at the Ransomville Speedway. First place is a cool $5,000 and when ever CB3's around, your guaranteed to see a power trip. Get on out and support your local dirt track this week as summer and the intensity are just beginning to heat up.
